Refund policy

30-Day Return Window

Core Studios accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and final-sale pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These will be clearly marked at time of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Email support@shopcorestudios.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with return instructions within one business day. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and verify item condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopcorestudios.com. Core Studios will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at your preference.
